Certificates

I had a login on CECorner.ca prior to January 2019. Where are my certificates?

Your certificates will be available on CECorner.ca until March 15, 2019. You can still login using the email address and password associated with your old CE Corner account. Unfortunately, when CE Corner was redesigned, we were unable to migrate your login information or your certificates.

Where are my certificates saved?

Certificates are saved in your Report Card.

What do I do with my certificates?

You are responsible for sending certificates, which are proof of course completion, to the appropriate governing body, either electronically or as a hard copy.

 

Password and registration

I need help registering and/or logging in.

Please contact continuing.education@tc.tc with your registration or log-in questions. If you are receiving error messages, please send screenshots to continuing.education@tc.tc. If you had a login to CECorner.ca prior to January 2019, please note that you must create a new login.

What should I do if I have forgotten my account information?

Click on “Sign In” in the upper right-hand portion of the CE Corner home page. A popup box will appear; select “Forgot Password?” Enter the email address you used to enrol, click “Submit,” and password reset instructions will be emailed to you. If you had a login to CECorner.ca prior to January 2019, please note that you must create a new login.

 

Taking courses

Do any of the IIROC credits apply for compliance?

Courses are accredited for professional development unless specified otherwise.

If I do not successfully complete the course, how many times may I repeat it?

You may re-write the course as many times as necessary to achieve a passing grade.

What is My Plan and how can I use it?

My Plan allows you to manage and track your credits by creating a customized plan as per your requirements. You will need to create a plan based on the number of credits required for the year. As and when you successfully complete a course My Plan will update to reflect credits from the completed course.

What is My Report Card and how do I use it?

When you successfully pass a course, your certificates, along with credits are stored in My Report Card. You can access every certificate you have received from CE Corner under My Report Card.
